Effect of Aluminum Chloride Hemostatic Agent on Bonding Strength of RMGIC in Primary Tooth

نویسندگان

چکیده

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect a hemostatic agent containing aluminum chloride on shear bond strength resin-modified glass ionomer cement (RMGIC) dentin primary teeth. Thirty-six extracted non-carious human teeth were collected in study. Dentin surfaces cut and polished. specimens randomly divided into 4 groups; group I: RMGIC without conditioning; II: polyacrylic acid (PAA), RMGIC; III: chloride, IV: PAA, RMGIC. All thermocycled between 5.0℃ 55.0℃ for 5000 cycles. Fifteen from each subjected test 3 inspected using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. mean as follows: 4.04 ± 0.88 MPa I, 8.29 1.40 II, 1.39 0.47 III, 6.24 2.76 IV. There significant differences among all groups (p < 0.001). SEM image dentinal tubules partially exposed III Fully found II. In conclusion, decreased dentin, regardless PAA conditioning.
